Vinc Pichel will be returning to action for the first time in over three years at UFC Fight Night 110, and he will be taking on Damien Brown in a lightweight division affair.
Pichel (9-1-0) has won two of three fights under the UFC banner, defeating Anthony Njokuani and Garrett Whiteley, while suffering a defeat to Rustam Khabilov. Pichel has only seen two of his ten bouts as a pro go the distance and he went undefeated in those two bouts. Pichel also competed in the UFC Ultimate Fighter 15, making it to the semi-finals before losing to Al Iaquinta.
Brown (17-9-0) will enter the fight on the strength of a two fight winning streak, defeating the duo of Cezar Arzamendia and Jon Tuck. Brown also competed three times under the Cage Warriors banner, but suffered defeats in all three of those bouts. Brown also fought in the UFC Fight Pass streamed BRACE MMA promotion, last defeating Ben Games at BRACE 37.
UFC Fight Night 110 takes place on Saturday, June 10 from the Vector Arena in Auckland, New Zealand with Mark Hunt and Derrick Lewis headlining. Fightful will be providing live coverage of the event, with a post-show podcast to follow.
