Vitor Belfort Already Teasing Return To Action

MMA

Former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Vitor Belfort fought under the UFC banner for the final time at UFC 224, suffering a knockout loss to former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Lyoto Machida.

It has been just under two months since that knockout loss, but Belfort is apparently ready to get back in action.

Belfort recently took to Instagram to not only tease a return to action, but also some potential future opponents:

The Brazilian fighter listed the names of Wanderlei Silva, former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Tito Ortiz, former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Chuck Liddell, former two division Pride champion Dan Henderson and former UFC Middleweight Champion Michael Bisping.

There may be some issues with the five fighters Belfort listed, as Ortiz and Liddell may fight later this year under the Golden Boy MMA banner, while Silva is fighting former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Rampage Jackson this September, plus both Bisping and Henderson are retired.

Although Belfort has hinted at a possible MMA return and possible opponents, one thing the former UFC star didn’t reveal is exactly when that return fight could be happening.
