MUST SEE: Gerald Harris Slams Opponent Unconscious In Final LFC Fight Ever

MMA

This Wednesday, former UFC fighter Gerald "Hurricane" Harris was the latest subject of our long-form feature series. Friday night he returned to MMA and won in familiar fashion.

Harris, who usually fights at 170 pounds, took on an opponent -- Aaron Cobb --  who missed weight so badly, they competed at heavyweight at Legacy FC 63. In the first round, Cobb tried to retain a standing guard on Harris. Apparently, Cobb missed UFC 116 and was sent to the mat and knocked cold by a thunderous spinebuster from Harris.

Jon Jones: Tom Aspinall Is Such An Asshole That I Don't Want To Do Business With Him

The fight was the last one in Legacy Fighting Championship history, as the company will merge with Resurrection Fighting Alliance in 2017

The finish was exactly like Harris' UFC 116 victory over current WSOF double champion Dave Branch. Our feature on Harris highlights his unjust cut from the UFC, and his efforts to get back into the company. You can see the Cobb slam above and the Branch slam below.
