Welcome to another edition of
OFF-TRACK with A-TRAIN
in which I try to find the bright side
of WWE injuries
in this episode
ALICIA FOX CAN BE CRAZY ALL BY HERSELF
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE Cruiserweight competitor Noam Dar is injured. He got hurt during his match with Austin Aries on Monday Night Raw, but we don't know the details of the injury, just that he will be evaluated in Orlando on Sunday to determine the how long he might be out.
This is too bad, since he'd been improving in the ring (see above) and Alicia Fox had been doing world-class ringside heeling as his manager (see below).
WORLD. CLASS.
So, I know what you're thinking:
With Noam out, where does this leave Foxy and her oh-so-suspenseful "She-Keeps-Getting-Gifts-Sent-To-Her-By-A-Secret-Admirer-And-Dar-Keeps-Taking-Credit-For-Them-But-It-Sure-Doesn't-Seem-Like-He's-The-One-Sending-Them" Storyline?
Well, the good news is that they appear to be continuing this without Noam, as after Rich Swann defeated Ariya Daivari on 205Live, he had a little scene with Alicia Fox, in which they not only addressed Dar's absence, not only insinuated that it's been Swann sending her stuff all along, but they showed that Foxy can be crazy all by herself.
Something tells me Foxy is gonna be juuuuuussst fine.
But we here at O.T. with A.T. wish Noam a speedy recovery all the same.
And hey, if you really miss hearing him saying Alicia Fox in his thick Scottish accent, if that's what's got you worried, just bookmark this page and come back to it any time you need a Fox ... I mean, fix.
