As mentioned earlier, the WWE has set some ground rules for this Tuesday's draft, in addition to releasing a list of names eligible. There are some notable omissions, however.
The Undertaker wasn't mentioned, and his status has been up in the air since WrestleMania. "The Dead Man" hasn't been heard from since being pulled from several dates on the post-Mania European tour. Triple H, who also hasn't appeared since WrestleMania, isn't on the list.
Eva Marie was included, despite not appearing on the main roster in quite some time. However Nikki Bella, who is likely never returning to the ring full-time, is off the list. Bella has been sidelined since 2015 with a neck injury. Tamina, who is out with a knee injury and hasn't wrestled in nearly three months, was left off the name of eligible draftees. It also doesn't look like the new mother Rosa Mendes will be returning any time soon, as she wasn't included. Emma is out with a severe back injury, and is off the list.
Speaking of knee injuries, Luke Harper is nowhere to be found on the draft list, as he's not due back for several months. The final name excluded was Ryback, who had a contract dispute with the WWE.
