Paulie Malignaggi spent a little time sparring with UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor as the Irishman prepares for the super fight against Floyd Mayweather.
Things quickly fell apart after McGregor’s camp claimed that the UFC fighter dropped the retired boxer during those sparring sessions.
The whole scenario has caused Malignaggi to not only leave the McGregor camp, but now he is speaking out against the fighter through social media.
In a series of four tweets from Malignaggi, the retired boxer throws a lot of shade at McGregor and also states that the Irishman “whimpers like a schoolgirl” when he is hit with body shots.
Yea but this coming week I'll actually start to discuss a bit what happened Tuesday, he whimpers like a girl when he gets ripped to body lol https://t.co/lfcuILlubJ

It would appear for now that the growing rivalry between McGregor and Malignaggi is going nowhere.
