UFC veteran Rory MacDonald made a successful promotional debut at Bellator 179, where he submitted Paul Daley with a rear naked choke in the second round.
MacDonald has made waves about becoming a two division champion in Bellator MMA, which has lead to a warning from middleweight champion Rafael Carvalho.
The champion issued his warning via a video on Twitter:

Upon receiving word of the warning from the Bellator MMA kingpin, a response would be issued by MacDonald.

It is highly unlikely that the two would clash for some time, as MacDonald’s next fight in the promotion is going to be for the welterweight title.
