AJ Styles vs. Jinder Mahal Set For Clash of Champions

Jinder Mahal won't have to wait long to get another crack at the WWE title, if a new report is correct.

It was confirmed tonight on Smackdown tthe main event for Clash of Champions next month, a Smackdown brand event, will have AJ Styles defend the WWE title against Jinder Mahal. This would be a rematch from their November 7 encounter in Manchester, England where AJ Styles defeated Mahal to capture the title for a second time. It was announced during Survivor Series that Jinder Mahal would get a shot at the WWE title on tonight's edition of Smackdown. However, judging by a promo from earlier today that inder Mahal cut, it looks like plans have changed as he only talked about taking the title away from Styles "soon":
