A lightweight division attraction could be headlining the UFC Fight Night Atlantic City card according to Combate as #4 Edson Barboza may be in action against #7 Kevin Lee.
Barboza (19-5-0) has won three of his last four fights under the UFC banner, but the Brazilian’s last bout was a loss to Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 219. Barboza is going to be headlining his first ever UFC event and the fighter with the promotion for over seven years. Barboza has earned eleven professional MMA victories by KO/TKO and three of them have come by way of leg kicks.
Lee (16-3-0) is going to be competing for the first time since losing a UFC Interim Lightweight Title fight to Tony Ferguson at UFC 216. Lee is also going to be headlining his third straight UFC card, holding a record of 1-1-0 in the previous two bouts. Lee has earned half of his professional MMA bouts by way of submission, while earning a lot of the other wins by decision.
