Report: Low Ki Gone From GFW

If reports are true, Low Ki is gone from Global Force Wrestling.

According to PWInsider, Low Ki has left GFW this week during their latest tapings, but the accounts differ on why Low Ki left the company.

Tony Khan Gifted 'Timecop' DVD For Christmas

One account said there was a financial dispute leading to his departure, while another account of the events was from a GFW source stating that Low Ki wasn't happy with the creative direction for Low Ki in the coming months. There are reports that Low Ki was headed for an Ultimate X match at the Bound for Glory show in November, but Low Ki wanted to compete for the GFW World Heavyweight Championship instead. One last account claims that Low Ki himself made the decision to leave the company and that he was not released, calling the exit "amicable."

Low Ki was set to face Alberto El Patron on the August 17 episode of Impact, but due to El Patron's indefinite suspension, that match was cancelled. Low Ki then competed in the Gauntlet for Gold Match that is set to air tomorrow night.

Low Ki is a former five-time X Division champion and was a part of the inaugural TNA roster. Low Ki spent the past few weeks as part of the LAX stable.

With Low Ki gone, the list of changes to the GFW roster continues to increase. Tyrus and Angelina Love were recently granted their release from the company.
