Strong defeated Hideo Itami in a hard fought match, finishing off Itami with a release suplex into a backbreaker. Meanwhile, Kalisto defeated Lince Dorado after planting Dorada with the Salina del Sol while Dorado was looking to grab him. They join Cedric Alexander and TJP in the second round.
