Stephanie McMahon Says WWE Is Going To Try To Go After Ronda Rousey

Ronda Rousey has a lot on her plate. An upcoming UFC 207 main event with Amanda Nunes, an acting career, and plenty of training. But Rousey's announcement this week that her career was coming to a close opened up doors for plenty of rumors about her return to the wrestling world.

Rousey last appeared at WrestleMania 31, which saw her attack former WWE Champion Triple H with a hip throw, before clamping down on the arm of Stephanie McMahon. When speaking to TMZ this week, McMahon said she's optimistic about a return to WWE for Rousey.

"I certainly hope so. I gotta get her back. She put me in that armbar," Stephanie McMahon told TMZ cameras on Thursday.

McMahon elaborated, telling the cameraman that efforts will be made to bring in the former UFC Bantamweight Champion.

"I'm certainly going to try," McMahon said with a smile.
