Steve Bosse Out Of UFC Ultimate Fighter 25 Finale, Replacement Found

Steve Bosse has suffered an undisclosed injury and has been forced off of this Friday Night’s UFC Ultimate Fighter 25 Finale card, replacing him against Jared Cannonier is going to be Nick Roehrick.

Cannonier (9-2-0) has won two of four fights under the UFC banner, with those wins coming over Ion Cutelaba and Cyril Asker. Cannonier is also a former Alaska Fighting Championships Light Heavyweight Champion, defeating Tony Lopez to win the gold at AFC 104 in January 2014. Cannonier is actually undefeated on TUF Finale cards, having defeated Ion Cutelaba at the UFC Ultimate Fighter 24 Finale.

Roehrick (7-0-0) is going to be making his UFC debut in this fight and his undefeated streak has lasted over four years. Roehrick has also competed in the Legacy Fighting Championships, where he defeated Garrett Olson by submission at LFC 60. Roehrick is competing for the third time in 2017, which is the most active year has had since since turning pro in 2013.

UFC Ultimate Fighter 24 Finale takes place on Friday, July 7 from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada with no main event announced at this time. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on Fox Sports 1.
