A new title match has been added
On the September 29 episode of AEW Rampage, The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens) and "Daddy Ass" Billy Gunn defended the AEW World Trios Championship against The Hardys (Matt & Jeff Hardy) and "Brother Zay" Isiah Kassidy. During the bout, the broadcast team noted that the winners would defend the titles against TMDK (Shane Haste, Mikey Nicholls, and Bad Dude Tito) at AEW WrestleDream. The Acclaimed and Gunn scored the victory, so they will defend the gold at the pay-per-view.

Haste, Nicholls, and Tito frequently compete for NJPW. Their TMDK stablemate, Zack Sarbe Jr., will face Bryan Danielson at AEW WrestleDream.
Additionally, Nick Wayne challenged Luchasaurus to a match at AEW WrestleDream: Zero Hour. He noted that he intended to collect on the debt the former TNT Champion owed him, as the powerhouse chokeslammed him onto a skateboard at AEW All In. Wayne has been fighting alongside Darby Allin during the latter's feud with Christian Cage and Luchasaurus. AEW then confirmed the match.
Nick Wayne has unfinished business with former TNT Champion Luchasaurus, and they are set to collide one-on-one LIVE at #AEWWrestleDream ZERO HOUR at 7pm ET/4pm PT!
