Adam Copeland comments on the opportunity to team with Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler, FTR.
Adam Copeland and FTR will face Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta, and Claudio Castagnoli at AEW Dynamite: Fight For The Fallen. While they have never teamed together on TV, the three men are very close and they're looking forward to showing what they can do as a unit in the ring as part of the first simulcast for AEW on TBS and Max.
Speaking with Rick Ucchino for The Takedown on SI,, Copeland revealed that the three of them have been talking about Rated FTR for the past decade. Cope also spoke about the importance of the charity aspect of the event in Asheville, North Carolina, where Rated FTR calls home.
"Now you fast forward to Rated FTR, which has been talked about for a decade between the three of us, and then to get to come back at Asheville, which is now where we all live, and to be able to donate to the local charities after the hurricane, like it first one streaming on Max. Outside of, obviously, the real-life aspect of the hurricane, there's a lot to be happy about right now. It's not lost on me. I still really appreciate the fact that I can get back to do this, and I think not having it for nine years really puts that into perspective for sure."
