Adam Pearce Says WWE Raw Will Honor The New Day’s 10-Year Anniversary With A Special Episode

WWE Raw will celebrate the New Day.

November 2024 marks the 10-year anniversary of the New Day's WWE TV debut. Since their arrival, they have become one of the most decorated tag teams in WWE history, as Kofi Kingston, Big E, and Xavier Woods have won the tag team titles 11 times together. Big E has not wrestled since 2022 due to a neck injury, but Kingston and Woods continue to team up together. They lost to the Viking Raiders (Erik and Ivar) on the November 4th episode of WWE Raw.

In a WWE Raw Exclusive, Raw General Manager Adam Pearce told Kofi Kingston that he wanted to dedicate a special episode of WWE Raw to celebrating the New Day.

"This year, ten years as New Day. It’s time to celebrate, man. You guys are one of the most decorated tag teams in WWE history. Because of that, if it’s cool with guys, I actually wanted to dedicate a special episode of Raw to celebrating you. An entire episode, if it’s cool with you guys," Pearce said.

Kofi Kingston said that was a great idea, and it was awesome. He noted that he knew it looked like the New Day was going through a bit of a rough patch, but he felt like everything would be alright when the anniversary came around.

Pearce then said that he would make arrangements. He did not specify the date of the special episode or provide other details.
