OC hit Moxley with the briefcase, but couldn't score the victory. As OC lined up for the Orange Punch, he was hit with a running knee by Wheeler Yuta. Moxley hit the Death Rider for the victory.

After the match, Moxley and Yuta continued their assault on OC, pouring liquid on his blood and in his mouth. Hangman Page came out with a chair and decked Yuta before squaring off with Moxley.

Christian Cage snuck up on Moxley, hitting the Killswitch and teasing cashing in his Casino Gauntlet Contract. He was cutoff by Jay White, who laid him out with the Bladerunner.

As the Death Riders escaped to the parking lot, Darby Allin smashed their truck with his vehicle. The Death Riders fled in a different vehicle and Darby exited his car, blood coming from his forehead, screaming at them.

This was Moxley's first successful defense of the AEW World Title. He won the title from Bryan Danielson at AEW Wrestle Dream.
