Brian Cage & Big Bill get their shot.
AEW announced that Brian Cage & Big Bill will challenge FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) for the AEW Tag Team Titles on the August 5 episode of AEW Collision.
Brian Cage & Big Bill, who were paired together in the Blind Eliminator Tournament, won the Tag Team Battle Royal on the July 28 episode of AEW Rampage to earn their title shot.
FTR retained their AEW Tag Team Championships against Adam Cole & MJF, the duo who won the Blind Eliminator Tag Team Tournament, on the July 29 episode of AEW Collision.
Plus, Kris Statlander will defend her AEW TBS Title against Mercedes Martinez. Statlander ran off Martinez from a post-match attack on Kiera Hogan, but the tables turned when Martinez hit Statlander with the TBS Championship.
As previously announced, CM Punk will defend the "Real" AEW World Title against Ricky Starks on the August 5 episode of AEW Dynamite. Ricky Steamboat will serve as the special outside official.
