When you're OC, you're OC For Life.
Lat Wednesday, Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson were among the mass talent and staff cuts made by WWE. Gallows & Anderson were perhaps two of the more surprising names released as they signed new five-year deals in July 2019 and were featured weekly on Raw alongside AJ Styles, including an appearance in the Boneyard match between Styles and The Undertaker at WrestleMania 36.
Speaking on his Mixer channel, Styles revealed that he will continue to honor Gallows & Anderson, at least through Money in the Bank.
"I will wear my OC stuff, at least until after Money in the Bank. Couple reasons. One, I love the boys and it's For Life. The other reason is that I don't really have anything. I have gloves, a lot of them, with OC on them. They're just gonna go to waste unless something crazy happens. I don't know what to do with them."
Styles went on to say that he won't use The OC theme, which he only used when entering alongside Gallows & Anderson. He hasn't been on television since being buried by The Undertaker at WrestleMania 36 and it is unknown when he will return.
Dolph Ziggler wore a Ryder & Hawkins short on Friday's SmackDown, days after they were released.
In a prior Mixer stream, Styles discussed feeling responsible for Gallows & Anderson being released. You can find his full comments by clicking here.
