The NXT Heritage Cup has been stolen.
On the first night of NXT Halloween Havoc on October 24, Scarlett told Noam Dar his fortune and warned him that he should hold everything he treasures close. Akira Tozawa popped up in the background, as he had apparently set his sights on the NXT Heritage Cup Champion.

Later in the show, Doam was backstage with Lash Legend, Jakara Jackson, and Oro Mensah, and it was revealed that Tozawa stole the Heritage Cup. Legend showed the group a picture of Tozawa holding the NXT Heritage Cup. Dar then read a message from Tozawa, which noted that he would have to come and get the trophy if he wanted it back. Tozawa also revealed that Dar would have to meet him at a haunted house.

Tozawa has been in the spotlight recently, as he joined Alpha Academy on the October 23 episode of WWE Raw.
