Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn intend to dominate on WWE SmackDown.
NXT Women's Tag Team Champions Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn were selected by WWE SmackDown during the WWE Draft. They retained the titles by defeating Katana Chance and Kayden Carter on the May 2 episode of WWE NXT, so the duo took the gold to SmackDown with them. Fyre and Dawn made their in-ring debut on the May 19 episode of WWE SmackDown and decisively defeated Valentina Feroz and Yulisa Leon.
In a SmackDown Exclusive, Fyre and Dawn discussed their arrival on WWE SmackDown, and they made it clear that they plan on being just as dominant as they were in NXT.
Isla Dawn: We made a vow in NXT that we were going to scorch the earth.
Alba Fyre: Not only did we do that, but we rid NXT of all their tag teams, and we took their titles when we left.
Isla Dawn: Now, we’re here on SmackDown, and we’re going to be just as dominant, just as vicious.
Leon's match against Fyre and Dawn marked her return to the ring after she had knee surgery in September 2022. More information is available here.
