Alexa Bliss made her return to WWE television, entering the 2025 women's Royal Rumble as a surprise.
It was Alexa's first televised appearance since the 2023 WWE Royal Rumble.
Alexa had her doll Lilly with her, and fans noticed that Lilly looked a little different. Alexa took to social media to deny any plastic surgery claims.
