Live Coverage

-The show opened with the broadcasters tossing it backstage to Maxwell Jacob Friedman. Max says that while he usually plays with his food, Hangman Page has made him hungry, so he propositions him to come find him and fight him backstage.

- Ricochet and Swerve Strickland contract signing: They trade barbs back and forth. Ricochet tells Strickland that he's lucky he's even considering a rematch. Strickland says that Ricochet will only be remembered for his ring announcer wife and briefly being made relevant again because of Swerve. Ricochet tries to stab him with scissors, but Swerve has scissors of his own and stabs Ricochet, busting him open.

* Powerhouse Hobbs, The Conglomeration (Mark Briscoe & Orange Cassidy) & Will Ospreay def. Bryan Keith & The Don Callis Family (Brian Cage, Lance Archer & Mark Davis)

- After the match, Don Callis' family continues to attack the babyfaces. Brian Cage and Lance Archer Powerbomb Will Hobbs on the steps, and Mark Davis has a sleeper hold on Will Ospreay. The family eventually outnumbers Ospreay, and Kyle Fletcher comes down to assault his opponent at AEW Revolution. Davis tries to pull Fletcher off of Ospreay, which leads to Callis and Fletcher berating him. They get him to swing a chair at Ospreay before he leaves, feeling emotionally distressed by his actions. Fletcher finishes the job with a Brainbuster to Ospreay on the steel chair.

- A video package covers the Rivalry between Kenny Omega and Konosuke Takeshita.

* Cope def. Wheeler Yuta

- Cope shook Wheeler's hand after the match, telling him that that was what true respect looks like. Yuta is left confused. Then, Jon Moxley comes out and gets aggressive with Yuta, leading Yuta to walk away from him. MOX follows him backstage. He then cut a promo on Cope.

- The Outrunners are training for their World Tag Team Title bout in a vignette.

- MJF is being interviewed by Renee Paquette outside the venue when Hangman shows up and tries to run him down. They brawl into the arena, leading to a climax of MJF attempting to set Hangman on fire. Max's rationale is that if people love Hanger despite him setting things on fire, he should be allowed to set people on fire. Thankfully, he was stopped by security.

- There's a backstage segment with Toni Storm and the director of "Queen of the Ring."

* Megan Bayne & Penelope Ford def. Kris Statlander & Thunder Rosa

- Mercedes Mone cuts a promo backstage.

- Max Caster comes out and sets up an open challenge.

* Jay White def. Max Caster

- Jay White says he will be at AEW Revolution to celebrate Cope winning the AEW World Title.

- Renee Paquette hosts a sit-down interview with Toni Storm and Mariah May. Despite their unhingedness, Renee tries to provide stability and interject logic. Toni Storm hits Mariah with the ice-cold line of, "I sentence you to a life of mediocrity."

* Kazuchika Okada & Ricochet def. Swerve Strickland & Brody King
