Alexa Bliss has been off WWE television since WWE Royal Rumble 2023, announcing her pregnancy in May 2023 and delivering a baby girl in November 2023.
On social media, Alexa sent out a series of tweets, first wondering, "Where's Alexa..." and then responding to various fans.
In one comment, she said a return "is not up to me."

It is unknown when Bliss will return to WWE TV.
If she returns as part of the Wyatt Sicks vs. Final Testament storyline, Karrion Kross would welcome her to Final Testament.
