And it is official.
All it took for these two parties to get into a feud was a few exchanged words between Lana and Zelina Vega. Both Lana and Zelina engaged in a war of words that led to a match being set up between their respective men Rusev and Andrade "Cien" Almas. Due to Aiden English coming to the ring in an attempt to prevent Lana and Zelina from brawling on the outside, he distracted Rusev which ended up costing "The Bulgarian Brute" a victory.
The following two weeks on SmackDown Live saw the former TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champion Zelina Vega best Lana in singles action and both wins came by way of Aiden English inadvertently costing Lana the match. Rusev will no longer be on the sidelines watching Lana compete and he will be joining her on August 19th as he will team with his wife once again at SummerSlam and they will take on Andrade "Cien" Almas and the woman who guided Andrade through a five-month NXT Championship title reign, Zelina Vega.
SummerSlam now has a total of twelve matches set for the show and to take a look at the other eleven matches scheduled for the "Biggest Party Of The Summer", click here.
