Andy Quildan Says Mina Shirakawa Defending The Undisputed British Women's Title In STARDOM Has Been Discussed

Andy Quildan addresses the possibility of Mina Shirakawa defending the Undisputed British Women's Championship in STARDOM.

Back at RevPro's 12th anniversary show back in August, Mina Shirakawa challenged Dani Luna for the Undisputed British Women's Championship and walked away with the victory. While Mina has yet to defend the championship, she has taken the championship back with her to STARDOM, where she has been seen wearing the championships on the way to the ring.

While speaking to Pep S. Caro on the latest episode of Pep Talks, RevPro owner Andy Quildan stated that there have been discussions for Mina Shirakawa to defend the Undisputed British Women's Championship in her home promotion of STARDOM.

"Yeah, I mean, it's certainly been discussed. The question came to us, would we be happy with those defenses happening in Stardom? And we've answered yes. So again, the idea is we're very fluid, okay? So what we don't want championship defenses for the sake of championship defenses. So we want everything to make sense and everything to have a bit of meaning behind it. So the championship is there. If someone were to pin her in a non-title match, in a tag team match, however we put it, then it makes sense for someone to get a shot at the championship. In my mind, I very much want to see that women's championship defended around the world."

Mina is scheduled to defend her championship for the first time at RevPro Global Wars on October 19th. You can read more about that here.
