Angelina Love Released From GFW

Angelina Love has asked for GFW release and her request was granted.

Love asked for her release on August 12 and announced on social media that she is gone from the company after more than a decade of wrestling for the promotion.

On the same day that Love asked for her release, she appeared at a House of Hardcore show in Philadelphia alongside former partner Velvet Sky.

Love was one of TNA's top Knockouts, having won the Knockouts Title six times, as well as being a former TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champion. Love started competing for the promotion back in 2004, having four different runs with TNA/GFW before asking for her release.

The former Knockouts champion came back to TNA back in January after leaving the company on maternity leave, eventually wrestling an intergender tag match alongside husband Davey Richards against Eddie Edwards and Alisha Edwards. Love is the latest Knockout gone from the company after former Beautiful People stablemate and former Knockouts Champion Madison Rayne's profile on the promotion's website was deleted.
