The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens and Max Caster) and The Gunns (Austin and Colten Gunn) have plenty of history, as they have both feuded and teamed up together during their time in AEW. The Gunns and Jay White turned on The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn after they had a brief run as the Bang Bang Scissor Gang. At AEW Dynasty, White and The Gunns beat Billy, Bowens, and Caster to win the AEW World Trios Championship.
Speaking on The Mark Hoke Pro Wrestling Show, Anthony Bowens discussed The Acclaimed's feud with Bullet Club Gold. Hoke asked whether the rivalry was over, noting that he doubted that was the case.
“I mean, they just betrayed us again before and took our titles away, so I think it’s kind of like that Batman/Joker vibe where we’re just gonna have to fight forever [laughs]," Bowens said.
Hoke then noted that they all had great chemistry. Bowens agreed, but he said he would not give them any more credit.
