The main event is set.
Athena vs. Billie Starkz for the ROH Women's Title will main event ROH Final Battle.
The announcement was made on the December 7 episode of ROH on HonorClub. Athena, while speaking to Lexy Nair, said she heard from Tony Khan that the ROH Women's title bout would headline.

This will mark the second straight ROH pay-per-view that will be headlined by Athena. She successfully defended the ROH Women's Title against Willow Nightingale at ROH Death Before Dishonor 2023, which was the first women's main event in ROH pay-per-view history.
