Austin Theory Has Hustle, Loyalty, And Respect, Maximum Male Models Accompany Otis | Raw Fight Size

Here is your post-Monday Night Raw fight size update for February 27, 2023.

- WWE United States Champion Austin Theory addressed John Cena's looming return and cited his own hustle, loyalty, and respect. He made it clear that he's going to look Cena in the eye when the former world champion returns on the March 6 episode of WWE Raw.

Tay Melo Trains With Former AEW World Champion

- Maximum Male Models (Maxxine Dupri, ma.çé & mån.sôör) continued to scout Otis, The trio accompanied him to the ring for his match against Johnny Gargano. When ma.çé, Dexter Lumis popped up and attacked him. With a level playing field, Gargano clinched the win to bounce back from his loss at WWE Elimination Chamber.

- Trish Stratus returned and helped Becky Lynch and Lita defeat Damage CTRL (IYO SKY & Dakota Kai) to win the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship.

- MVP was set to host the VIP Lounge as Brock Lesnar was supposed to answer Omos' challenge for a match at WrestleMania. Lesnar came to the ring first and told MVP to sell him on the fight with Omos. MVP responded by hyping up Lesnar and Omos, as he noted that the Nigerian Giant is not a man. He stated that Omos would conquer him. Lesnar gave MVP a high-five and accepted the challenge. He wanted to drink with MVP to celebrate. MVP took a sip and inadvertently spit in Lesnar's face, and Lesnar dropped him with an F5.

- The Miz hosted a special WrestleMania edition of Miz TV. He referenced the gift Maryse gave him on the February 21 episode of WWE Raw. He revealed that he would be the host of WrestleMania 39, and he took some shots at Logan Paul. Seth Rollins interrupted and congratulated him. But when he asked for The Miz to help him contact Paul, "The A-Lister" rejected him. He cited the way Rollins has treated him in recent weeks, and Rollins responded by attacking The Miz. Rollins then took The Miz's phone, and he FaceTimed Paul. Rollins proceeded to invite Paul to Raw the following week, and Paul accepted.

- Elias faced Bobby Lashley. Backstage, Rick Boogs watched the match and took notes as Lashley picked up a dominant win with the Hurt Lock. Lashley grabbed a microphone and made it clear that he wanted another shot at Brock Lesnar. He referenced Bray Wyatt's games and said he doesn't play kid games. Lashley told Wyatt to keep his name out of his mouth, and he threatened to hurt him. Wyatt appeared on the screen and did the "Muscle Man Dance" before he morphed into his darker self and warned Lashley to run.

- Cody Rhodes faced Chad Gable. The two stars went back and forth in a competitive match. Gable got a near fall on a moonsault. Rhodes rallied and took Gable down with a dive to the outside. Rhodes dumped Otis over the barricade. He then dropped Gable with the Cross Rhodes for the win. Rhodes then announced that he would be on SmackDown on March 3 because Roman Reigns will be there. In an interview later in the show, Paul Heyman responded to Cody Rhodes' announcement about SmackDown by stating that Roman Reigns would confront "The American Nightmare."

- Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa came to the ring for their match against the Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins). Jimmy acknowledged the speculation about The Bloodline and noted that families fight all the time. He referenced the way Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens lost their matches against Reigns recently. Jimmy brought up Cody Rhodes and expressed his confidence that he won't get one over on The Bloodline at WrestleMania. Ford and Dawkins interrupted and poked fun at The Bloodline's recent issues before they kick-started the match by taking the fight to Uso and Sikoa. At the end of the hard-fougt bout, Sikoa clinched the win by hitting the Samoan Spike on Dawkins. After the bell, Sikoa and Jimmy attacked the Street Profits, but Kevin Owens made the save.

- In a Raw Exclusive, Elias told Rick Boogs that he was trying to lay the groundwork for his road to WrestleMania ahead of his match against Bobby Lashley. Mustafa Ali teased that he had a big suprise for Dolph Ziggler the following week.

- Byron Saxton started to interview Baron Corbin before he shifted gears and chased down Kevin Owens, who made it clear that he won't stop until The Bloodline falls.

- Montez Ford and Bianca Belair recreated a scene from Titanic for a WrestleMania 39 commercial.

- Dominik Mysterio discussed costing Rey Mysterio his match on SmackDown and note that he showed he was a joke. Dominik said he and Rey can have a heart-to-heart on Friday. Rhea Ripley discussed her upcoming match with Charlote Flair and shared her belief that her fate is to win the gold. Finn Balor said his feud with Edge is over when he says it's over. He challenged Edge to a match at WrestleMania. Later in the show, Damian Priest said he wanted to lay Johnny Gargano out and Balor promised to finish the job the following week.

- Asuka clashed with Carmella. "The Princess of Staten Island" took control and grounded Asuka. "The Empress of Tomorrow" fired up with a flury of offense and made Carmella tap out to an arm-bar. Raw Women's Champion Bianca Belair came to the ring and told Asuka she's the "EST", but Carmella dropped both both women with a cheap shot.

- Candice LeRae took on Piper Niven. Nikki Cross lurked nearby during LeRae's entrance and stayed at ringside for the match. In the end, LeRae scored the win with a sneaky pin, though she had some help from Nikki Cross.

- Carmella interrupted Chelsea Green when she was complaining to Adam Pearce about getting sent to the wrong Ottawa on the February 21 episode of WWE Raw. Carmella also complained, and Pearce gave her a match against Raw Women's Champion Bianca Belair the following week.
