Like many wrestling fans discussing how 2019 WWE, for better or worse, will never leave their brains, Baron Corbin says that the smell of the dog food he poured on Roman Reigns back on December 6 of that year has also permeated his thoughts.
Until Jey Uso at WWE Money in the Bank 2023, Baron Corbin was the last person to pin Roman Reigns in several years. Corbin and Roman feuded in the latter half of 2019 and early 2020. One of the pivotal points of their rivalry came on the December 6, 2019, episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown, where Corbin and Dolph Ziggler poured dog food all over Roman Reigns because, at the time, Roman was known as "The Big Dog."
On Twitter, Corbin responded to a clip of this moment, saying that the smell still won't leave his brain. He also quipped that it still smells better than cat food.
Still makes me want to vomit. That smell will never leave my brain.
