Big E Calls WrestleMania 32 His Least Favorite, Xavier Woods Says He Was "Another Level Heated"

The New Day had a memorable WrestleMania 32, from their Booty-Os entrance to sharing the ring with legends Shawn Michaels, Mick Foley, and Steve Austin. Unfortunately, the trio of Kofi Kingston, Big E, and Xavier Woods were defeated in a six-man tag team bout against The League of Nations (Alberto Del Rio, Rusev and Sheamus).

And while the entrance and post-match segment were enjoyable for the group, the match was not what they were expecting.

"It was my least favorite WrestleMania," said Big E on New Day: Feel The Power.

Xavier added, "This was my first time being an in advertised match at WrestleMania and it completely fell apart, at no fault of our own. I was on another level mad. There shouldn't have been arguments, there shouldn't have almost been a fight. I'm on another level of heated."

It was not specified who was involved in the argument.

The group noted that WWE was filming a WWE 24 special and Xavier decided not to comment after the match. The WWE 24 special did air immediate post-match comments from Kofi, who discussed how the crowd dynamic had shifted towards New Day from WrestleMania 31 to 32.

Kofi said on the about the match, "The dynamic was two polar opposites. We are three guys who are always for the group. Them was the mentality of, 'I don't want to be here, I'm in this for myself.' That works for a lot of people, being selfish in the business."

Xavier wrapped up by noting, "That night just felt off."

The group did say that they enjoyed the post-match segment with the legends. Kofi, in particular, was thrilled to twerk with Shawn Michaels as his dream match had always been facing Michaels at WrestleMania.
