Bill Eadie, best known as Demolition Ax and The Masked Superstar, is battling COVID-19 symptoms.
Eadie was set for a virtual signing with T-Mart Promotions but Marty D'Amato announced he would not be able to participate. According to Marty, Eadie's grandson contracted COVID-19 and now Eadie and his wife are experience symptoms. It was not confirmed if Eadie had tested positive for the virus.
D'Amato posted the following message on Facebook:
Some bad news to report.
Unfortunately Demolition signing will not take place this Saturday.
I just got a call from Bill and his oldest Grandson had contacted Covid last week and now Bill and his wife are feeling sick with symptoms..Let's all send our prayers to one of the nicest guys you can ever meet Bill Eadie and is family as they deal with Covid..
Bill said once he is better him and Barry will make the trip to join the marty party.
Mick Foley revealed he contracted COVID in December after doing a virtual signing and says he still gets easily fatigued.
Fightful would like to send our best wishes to Eadie and his family.
