A WrestleMania rematch is booked for next week's episode of Monday Night Raw.
Following Bobby Lashley's victory over Braun Strowman on the May 3 episode of Monday Night Raw, it was confirmed that Bobby Lashley will face Drew McIntyre in a WrestleMania WWE Championship rematch only this time, the match will not be for the title.

The title match will instead be on Sunday, May 16 when Bobby Lashley defended the title against both Braun Strowman and Drew McIntyre in a triple threat match at WrestleMania Backlash.
Lashley has not taken a pinfall loss since the start of the year while on the other hand, Drew McIntyre, who had his best year in 2020, has struggled to maintain winning ways since losing the WWE Championship to The Miz at Elimination Chamber 2021.
