Booker T: Do You Think Undertaker Could Wrestle On Sunday And Be A Chef On Twitch On Monday?

Booker T is still well involved in wrestling as the lead color commentator on NXT and running his own school/promotion with Reality of Wrestling.

Much has been made about the old school way of doing things in wrestling, especially when it comes to protecting kayfabe and not giving the fans too much away from the ring.

"Nowadays, a lot of these young guys think they may know more than we do. I think it’s because of the television and the internet, more than anything," Booker said on Six Feet Under with The Undertaker.

Booker said that he runs a fantasy camp for up-and-coming wrestlers, and at the end of the camp he holds a Q&A session.

"I had these two guys, two twins, I think they were 17 years old and we were talking about men wrestling women. I said I didn’t think it was a good idea. If it’s for practicing purposes, it’s great because you’re going to have more men than woman doing this. To practice and learn, it’s great. Other than that, I don’t think it’s good. The kid goes, ‘I don’t agree with that. Men should be able to beat women. Women should be able to beat men. It’s wrestling. You should be able to do anything.’ I almost grabbed him by the back of his collar and threw him through a plate glass window [laughs]. I didn’t. Cosplay and all this stuff, and the way some other guys and go out and do it, this kid may have that thought perception to think that’s the way it actually is. I always used to tell people, as far as the realism of this game, I always used Mark [Undertaker] as an example, ‘Do you think the Undertaker could have been The Phenom on Sunday night at the pay-per-view and then on Monday, he’s a chef on Twitch?’ It wouldn’t have worked. I tell people all the people, ‘It wouldn’t happen. He had to live it and breathe it. He had to walk it and talk it,'" Booker said.

During the podcast, Undertaker discussed wrestlers taking pride in being a professional. You can find his full comments by clicking here.
