Braun Strowman: The Monster Might Have To Be The Guy To Take The Titles Off Roman Reigns

Braun Strowman has his sights set on Roman Reigns.

Strowman is a former WWE Universal Champion and famously repeated that he was not finished with Roman Reigns. Reigns is the current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion and Strowman returned to the company in September after being released in June 2021.

Since returning, Strowman has won multiple handicap matches and defeated Omos at WWE Crown Jewel.

Speaking to the Toronto Sun, Strowman took aim at Roman Reigns.

“I’m the monster of all monsters for a reason and anytime I have an opportunity in any match, I feel sorry for the competition because it’s not fair,” Strowman said. “Look at me and look at a lot of the guys that I get to step in the ring with. I wouldn’t want to have to fight me. Any opportunity I have to go out there and get that chance at winning, getting that opportunity at the title … I mean, let’s be real, it’s about time somebody takes those things off Roman Reigns’ hands. The monster just might have to be the guy to do it.”

Strowman competed in the WWE SmackDown World Cup, but lost in the semifinals to Ricochet.

Ricochet went on to win the tournament and will challenge GUNTHER for the WWE Intercontinental Championship on the December 16 episode of WWE SmackDown.
