Braun Strowman got that punishment.
Vince McMahon announced on Raw that Braun Strowman is out of his WWE Universal Title bout against Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble. McMahon made the announcement after Strowman destroyed his limo, which Baron Corbin was hiding in. Strowman was also fined $100,000 for his action. Following McMahon pulling him from the Universal Title bout, Strowman proceeded to flip over the limo.

Strowman went after Corbin after the latter interrupted his opening promo and made fun of him for how long he lasted against Lesnar at WWE Crown Jewel in November.
With Strowman out of the Universal Title match, Lesnar is currently without an opponent on Jan. 27. Here's a look at the updated Royal Rumble card:
