Wyatt has returned.
Before RAW went live on the USA Network this past Monday, the company sent out an announcement which read that Bray Wyatt would not be a part of that July 2nd edition of RAW because he sustained a number of injuries in a car accident that left his vehicle totaled.
In WWE's press release on the accident it was noted that Wyatt was on his way to the airport to fly out to the city where WWE's next live event was taking place. On the way to the airport, the former WWE Champion totaled his car in a head-on collision which led to him being treated at a hospital in Tampa. The automobile accident occurred on the Friday before this past Monday's RAW and as WWE sent out the notice on the situation Bray Wyatt had been released from the hospital.
The following days after the accident, a report by way of TMZ made the rounds and the site noted that Wyatt was cited for "careless driving due to his failure to operate his vehicle in a careful and prudent manner".
Although Wyatt is coming off a serious accident the RAW Tag Team Champion is not letting it get in his way as he made an appearance during tonight's Live Event in Philadelphia to return to his "brother" and tag team partner Matt Hardy.
Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy are still scheduled to defend their RAW Tag Team Championships one week from Sunday at WWE's 'Extreme Rules' PPV against the B-Team. To take a look at the updated lineup for 'Extreme Rules', click here.
