Brian Myers Says Teaming With Matt Cardona In TNA Is 'Always An Option'

Brian Myers comments on the possibility of Matt Cardona joining him once again in TNA Wrestling.

Brian Myers recently signed an extension with TNA Wrestling that will see him remain with the promotion through 2024. During his time with IMPACT/TNA, Myers was able to wrestle against and alongside his longtime friend, Matt Cardona.

Speaking with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated, Myers commented on the possibility that The Major Players could one day run wild in TNA again saying that it's very likely because Cardona has won over several people in TNA.

“That’s always an option,” said Myers. “Matt is doing incredibly well doing what he’s doing, and he’s pretty much the only one in the world doing it the way he’s doing it at the level he’s doing it. He’s got a plethora of options, and he’s won a lot of people over at TNA, so that will always be an option.”

Cardona has always been open about wanting to sign another contract in wrestling but only on his terms. Read more here.
