Brock Lesnar can do what he wants.
Night one of the WWE Draft is in the books and though Brock Lesnar appeared on the show, he will not be drafted.
Lesnar announced on WWE SmackDown that, thanks to his good friend Paul Heyman, he is a free agent and can do what he wants.

Lesnar was part of the opening segment of WWE SmackDown, confronting WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. Lesnar got the better of Reigns with a suplex and then took out Jimmy & Jey Uso with a suplex and F5 each.
