On top of that, he signed a new three-year deal with the company at the start of the year.

"I started at the start of 2019 on a 3-year deal. Only at the start of this year I signed a new 3-year deal. I was blindsided that halfway through the year that I was released. Also with where I was placed in the card and how I was utilized, I didn't think it was coming," he said in an interview with Chris Van Vliet.

Reed previously explained that when he received the phone call on August 6, he thought it was his official call to join the main roster. You can find his full comments by clicking here.

Reed has also noted that he is in talks with the major companies, but his next move has not been revealed as of yet.
