The tournament to crown the inaugural BTE Champion has begun.
On last week's episode of Being The Elite, Brandon Cutler arrived at The Young Bucks' office and introduced the BTE Title, which Cutler says can be defended in any form of competition, not just in wrestling matches. The tournament began on the October 12 episode of Being The Elite, the 12-man bracket was revealed.
Below are the first round match-ups:
* Matt Jackson vs. Nick Jackson
* Sammy Guevara vs. Fuego Del Sol
* Alex Reynolds vs. John Silver
* Brandon Cutler vs. Peter Avalon
* Chuck Taylor vs. Trent
* Matt Hardy vs. Luchasaurus
Matt Jackson, John Silver and Trent ended up winning their first-round matches which were mini golf challenges. Below are the semifinal match-ups:
* Matt Jackson vs. Guevara/Del Sol winner
* John Silver vs. Cutler/Avalon winner
* Trent vs. Hardy/Luchasaurus
The winners of the semifinal match-ups will take on each other in a three-way final at an unspecified date. You can check out the full episode at the top of the page.
