Chad Gable Speaks With Creed Brothers, Creed Brothers Retain, Breakker Dominates | Raw Fight Size

Here is your post-Monday Night Raw fight size update for May 20, 2024.

- Chad Gable spoke with the Creed Brothers backstage. Otis showed up, and Gable said they would win the WWE Intercontinental Championship together.

- The Awesome Truth (The Miz and R-Truth) defended the WWE World Tag Team Championship against Finn Balor and JD McDonagh of the Judgment Day. Dominik Mysterio interfered and helped his stablemates gain the upper hand. Carlito interfered, but Braun Strowman came down and attacked him. He chased McDonagh into the ring, and Truth hit the Attitude Adjustment for the win.

- Bron Breakker scored a dominant win over Kale Dixon and attacked him after the match. Dixon got stretchered out.

- Adam Pearce scolded Bron Breakker, who blamed the attack on Pearce not putting him in King of the Ring. He said that Pearce could not control him.

- Gunther defeated Jey Uso to advance to the finals of the King of the Ring tournament.

- A QR code led to more clues.

- Lyra Valkyria beat IYO SKY to advance to the finals of the Queen of the Ring tournament.

- Sonya Deville returned and spoke with Zoey Stark and Shayna Baszler.

- The trainer told Xavier Woods that he was cleared to return. Karrion Kross told Woods that there was always more time to turn things around.

- Damage CTRL (Dakota Kai and Kairi Sane) faced Katana Chance and Kayden Carter faced Maxxine Dupri and Ivy Nile, and Zoey Stark and Shayna Baszler. Stark and Baszler scored the win and earned a shot at the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship.

- WWE Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn came to the ring and looked ahead to WWE King and Queen of the Ring. Chad Gable interrupted, and they went back and forth.

- WWE Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn faced Chad Gable. Maxxone Dupri refused to slap Zayn, and Gable scolded her. Akira Tozawa later refused to interfere. Gable called them failures and told them to leave. Gable tore into Otis when he would not interfere, and he slapped the big man. In the end, Otis attacked Zayn, and Gable hit the Chaos Theory for the win.

- WWE Women’s World Champion Becky Lynch discussed her history with Liv Morgan ahead of their match at WWE King and Queen of the Ring. Morgan interrupted and said Lynch was gaslighting everyone. She said all she cared about was completing the Liv Morgan Revenge Tour. Lynch noted that it took ten years, but Morgan finally found her purpose. They kept going back and forth, as Morgan said all Becky cared about was herself. Morgan said she belonged at the top of the division. Lynch dared Morgan to fight her on the spot, but Liv refused.

- Cruz Del Toro was attacked backstage.

- Ilja Dragunov discussed his loss to Jey Uso. Ricochet interrupted, and Bron Breakker attacked him.

- Damian Priest talked to Carlito about attacking Cruz Del Toro and told him the Judgment Day wasn’t there to protect him. He told Carlito to keep earning his keep.

- Bronson Reed confronted WWE Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn backstage. Otis showed up, and Zayn said he expected better from him. Otis looked regretful and said he was sorry. Zayn encouraged him to stop listening to Chad Gable.

- Becky Lynch congratulated Lyra Valkyria. She bumped into Liv Morgan, who punched her.

- Ludwig Kaiser shared his thoughts on the upcoming match between Gunther and Jey Uso. He talked some trash about Sheamus. Kaiser said he would put Sheamus down. Drew McIntyre arrived and noted that he got what he wanted, as Damian Priest agreed to give him a title shot. He said that Priest was spreading himself too soon, and he would beat him.

- Drew McIntyre sent a message to Damian Priest.

- Gunther commented on his victory.

- Lyra Valkyria expressed her excitement about her win.

- Ilja Dragunov said he would make Bron Breakker suffer.

- Braun Strowman looked forward to facing JD McDonagh.

- Sonya Deville commented on her return.

- The Miz and R-Truth discussed their win.

- Zoey Stark and Shayna Baszler called what happened with Sonya Deville clickbait.
