• Tom Hannifan & Matt Rehwoldt welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
• Team Advantage at TNA Sacrifice: Eddie Edwards (w/ Alisha Edwards) def. Leon Slater via Pinfall (Boston Knee Party).
• Sami Callihan & Mance Warner argued but refused to touch each other as per the stipulation.
• Wes Lee (Tyriek Igwe & Tyson Dupont) def. Laredo Kid via Pinfall (Kardiak Kick).
• Santino Marella met with SPITFIRE (Dani Luna & Jody Threat) and The Elegance Brand (Ash by Elegance, Heather by Elegance & The Personal Concierge) before Marella booked a 2-on-3 handicap match for TNA Sacrifice.
• Xia Brookside def. Rosemary via Disqualification.
  • Rosemary spat the green mist on Brookside, causing the referee to throw the match out.
• Steve Maclin writing in his notepad near a wildfire before Eric Young joined him. As Young & Maclin shared a drink, Maclin emphasized he would not be joining The Northern Armory. Young said his joining The Northern Armory would not change anything. Maclin ended by telling Young to enjoy the drink before leaving.
• Cody Deaner def. JDC via Pinfall (Falcon Arrow).
• Tessa Blanchard & Cora Jade def. Masha Slamovich & Lei Ying Lee via Pinfall (Buzzsaw from Blanchard on Slamovich).
• Tom Hannifan moderated the summit with Mike Santana & Mustafa Ali (with Tasha Steelz, John Skylar & Jason Hotch). Mustafa Ali said Mike Santana was not the one who would be the face of the company because he was a liability and an addict. Santana responded by saying he was addicted to the adrenaline of the crowd and vowed to defeat Ali. Ali then pulled out a bottle and said he would make Santana fall apart that he would start drinking that bottle and more before saying he would let everyone down, including his daughter. Santana launched himself at Ali before attacking John Skylar & Jason Hotch, but Ali laid him out. Ali then left a cup of alcohol near Santana's prone body and said that was for him when he woke up.
• TNA World Heavyweight Championship Match: Joe Hendry (c) def. Ryan Nemeth via Pinfall (Standing Ovation).
  • Santino Marella was bamboozled and said Nemeth was not supposed to be Hendry's challenger and asked Hendry if he was willing to work another match. Hendry accepted before it was revealed he would face Hammerstone.
• TNA World Heavyweight Championship Match: Joe Hendry (c) def. Hammerstone via Pinfall (Standing Ovation).
  • The Colons & The System attacked Hendry after the match, but Elijah, LeonSlater & The Hardys made the save. A giant brawl ensued to end the broadcast.
