Charlotte Flair Hopes To Work All Three Brands As NXT Women's Champion

Charlotte Flair added to her list of accolades at WrestleMania 36 when she defeated Rhea Ripley to win the NXT Women's Championship.

Flair was previously on WWE Raw, but challenged Ripley for the NXT Women's Championship by virtue of winning the 2020 Women's Royal Rumble. According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Flair will reportedly be on both Raw and NXT moving forward.

But Flair hopes to be on SmackDown as well.

"I guess that is up for debate," Flair said when asked by Scott Fishman of TVInsider if she would be on both Raw and NXT. "Do I need to be drafted to NXT [laughs]? How is this going to work? I hope I get to work at all three brands."

NXT will hold a ladder match to determine the number one contender for the NXT Women's Title on Wednesday. Dakota Kai, Chelsea Green, Mia Yim, Io Shirai, Tegan Nox and Candice LeRae are scheduled to compete in the match.

On the subject of who she wants to face in NXT, Charlotte said, "Mia Yim, Candice LeRae, I’m sure Bianca Belair wants a rematch. I haven’t really thought about that yet. It’s crazy. A whole new group of girls. Everyone knows that I’m probably the most competitive person in the locker room, so I’m going to want to have the best division."
