Charlotte Flair Re-Injures Becky Lynch's Knee At WWE Live Event

Becky's plan was turned on her head.

The 'Rapides Parish Coliseum' in Alexandria, Louisiana was home to Saturday night's SmackDown house show. One of the matches on the card saw Asuka defending her SmackDown Women's Championship against Charlotte Flair. Over the past few weeks at live events, Becky Lynch has been running in on Charlotte and Asuka's matches and she did the same Saturday night. Charlotte was prepared for Lynch's run-in this time around and kicked Becky in her knee which led to "The Queen" focusing an attack on the worn down knee of Becky Lynch.

WWE noted on their official website that they will provide an update on "The Man" as it becomes available. This past Monday on RAW, WWE Chairman Vince McMahon "suspended" Becky Lynch and shortly afterwards he announced that Charlotte Flair will be filling in for Lynch at WrestleMania 35 in the RAW Women's Championship match.

The current RAW Women's Champion Ronda is set to defend her title at WWE's 'Elimination Chamber' pay-per-view against Riott Squad leader Ruby Riott.
