Charlotte Flair is headed to the movies.
Deadline Hollywood reports Charlotte Flair is attacked to star in the remake of "Walking Tall." Flair will play a Tucson cop who finds herself caught in a web of fraud, exploitation and murder, and is forced to go full vigilante to protect her hometown from falling victim to modern corruption.
"Walking Tall" originally premiered in 1973 and starred Joe Don Baker. It was remade in 2004 and starred The Rock.
The movie is being written and produced by David Eick and will air on USA Network as a two-hour movie with the hope of future installments or as an ongoing series.
No premiere date was given.
Charlotte previously starred in "Psych: The Movie" on USA Network and landed a guest spot as herself on the "Punky Brewster" reboot, which currently airs on Peacock. Charlotte can also be seen every Monday on WWE Raw, where she is currently angling for a shot at the Raw Women's Championship at WrestleMania 37.
Fightful will have live coverage of WWE Raw beginning at 8 p.m. ET on Monday.
