Charlotte Flair is ready to be handed the Raw Women's Title.
This past Monday on Raw, Ronda Rousey left the Raw Women's Title with Stephanie McMahon after Stephanie upheld Becky Lynch's "suspension" and didn't re-add her to the title match at WrestleMania 35. It's unknown what will happen to the Raw Women's Title, but Charlotte Flair has an idea.
On tonight's episode of SmackDown, Charlotte stated she will show up to Raw next Monday so Mr. McMahon can crown her the new Raw Women's Champion.

Mr. McMahon was the man who initially pulled Becky Lynch from the WrestleMania 35 main event against Rousey in favor of Charlotte. Now, if Charlotte has her way, she'll be handed the belt without having to defeat Rousey in New York.
