Chris Jericho probably didn't sell a ton of action figures during his three years in WCW. But even if he did, it's possible he wasn't paid for any of it.
Appearing on the Major Wrestling Figure podcast, Jericho revealed that at least one piece of his merchandise was charged to Hulk Hogan.
"When I was in WCW, that was my first action figure. The first one was a set with Dean Malenko. My girlfriend at the time found one and bought it at WalMart or wherever. On the receipt, it didn't say Malenko-Jericho, it said Hogan-Sting. That's when I realized every single action figure sold at that time, maybe not across the world, but in that store, was attributed to Hogan. I was told that's impossible, but I have the receipt," he said.
Podcast hosts Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins said they've heard a similar story from The Big Show.
Jericho then revealed, "I got a royalty check from WCW once for zero dollars and zero cents. In a Fed-Ex!"
Jericho's royalty checks are much bigger nowadays as he's one of the top sellers each month at Pro Wrestling Tees.
