Cody Rhodes On Claim That He's Already The Face of WWE: You Can't Be A King Without A Crown

Cody Rhodes is determined to get the crown.

Since he returned to WWE at WrestleMania 38, Cody Rhodes has established himself as one of WWE's top stars. He won the 2023 Men's Royal Rumble match, but he lost to Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39. Still, many fans consider him to be the face of the company, given his popularity.

In a recent interview with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated, Cody Rhodes commented on his goals and stated that he wants to reach the next level and be the face of the company.

“The milestones keep building. We keep climbing to new levels. Now the question I keep asking myself is, ‘Who is the face of the place?’ That’s what I want. That’s another level I need to attain. Hopefully that starts at the Royal Rumble," Rhodes said.

One fan responded by arguing that Rhodes was already the face of the company. Rhodes replied by saying that you can't be a king without a crown.

Rhodes will aim to get the crown by winning the Men's Royal Rumble match and challenging for the world title at WWE WrestleMania 40.

Cody Rhodes is set to open the January 15 episode of WWE Raw. The card can be found here.
